Savage Brothers Roofing at 105 Front Street # 207, Berea, Ohio.

Very unprofessional and rude. The lady who answered seemed completely bothered that we were calling to setup an appointment to have new gutters installed. She said she would let us know when they could come out to give us a quote. No time frame, just that they would call us back at some point. Needless to say we called another company immediately after getting off the phone with them. This other company was very pleasant to speak to and even though it will be 2 weeks before they can come out, they at least told us a general time-frame, and seemed completely happy to receive our business. Savage brothers roofing is a joke. We wanted to support a local business, honestly after speaking with them I'd rather pay china-men to do my roof. This company is garbage and makes you feel awkward for calling them.
